Electrical Components & Special Orders

Due to the nature of electrical products:

• Installed, used, or damaged electrical components cannot be returned.
   
• Custom-ordered, special-order, or non-stock items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  

Services & Installations

• Once electrical services or installations have been completed and signed off, they are considered final.
   
• If there is a workmanship concern, it must be reported within 48 hours for inspection.
   
• We stand by our workmanship and will assess and rectify legitimate issues.
